GrayRobinson is pleased to share Shareholder Nikki Day has been appointed to the Executive Committee of the City, County and Local Government Law Section of The Florida Bar, with a term beginning in June 2026.
Nikki will serve as treasurer, a leadership role on the section’s governing body responsible for advancing its goals, priorities, and initiatives. The position is part of a multiyear leadership progression within the section, supporting its mission to serve attorneys practicing in local government law. The City, County and Local Government Law Section of The Florida Bar is a voluntary organization of attorneys representing public and private sector clients in local government matters. The section provides continuing legal education, fosters professionalism and supports the exchange of ideas among its members while promoting high standards of practice in city, county, and local government law.
Based in the firm's Tampa office, Nikki brings over a decade of dedicated experience representing local government entities in a wide array of legal matters. Board-certified by The Florida Bar in City, County, and Local Government Law, she provides invaluable counsel on capital projects, procurement, contracts, land use, zoning, and public private partnerships. Nikki also holds a Certificate in the Economics of Blockchain and Digital Assets from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.
