GrayRobinson is proud to announce Shareholder Kellie Caggiano, B.C.S. has been appointed to serve on The Florida Bar’s Education Law Committee for the 2025 term, effective July 1, 2025. This appointment reflects her commitment to legal excellence and her dedication to the field of education law.
The Education Law Committee brings together lawyers practicing in education law-related areas to review education law and keep Bar members informed about significant developments in this practice area. The committee communicates about legislative changes, publishes a newsletter, and holds an annual seminar addressing education law issues.
A member of the firm’s Construction Law Team and based in the Tampa office, Kellie focuses her practice on a comprehensive range of liability defense matters. She is board certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar, demonstrating her commitment to the highest standards of legal practice. Known for her results-driven approach, Kellie brings valuable perspective to the Education Law Committee, particularly in areas where construction and education law intersect. As a seasoned litigator, she is also committed to continuing education, frequently leading seminars on risk transfer and allocation, changes to the statutes of limitations and repose in Florida, litigation strategies in construction law, Florida Statute 558, settlement pitfalls, claims handling, and preservation of appellate issues at trial.
