GrayRobinson today announced it has been selected as a finalist for the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (MDFAWL) Law Firm Champion of Women Award – Large Firms Category. The award is presented annually at the MDFAWL installation and awards lunch in recognition of law firms with at least one office in Miami-Dade County that have demonstrated outstanding commitment to advancing women in the legal profession and taking action in specific areas such as hiring and retaining women, implementing employment practices fostering women’s representation in leadership roles, promoting women to equity partnership and firm leadership positions, and adopting policies aimed at retaining and promoting women. GrayRobinson was selected specifically for its MDFAWL leadership efforts and commitment to promoting inclusion. Winners will be announced at Hell's Kitchen in Miami on Thursday, May 16, 2024. MDFAWL is a voluntary bar association dedicated to promoting the advancement of women in the legal profession, expanding leadership opportunities available to its members, and advocating for women’s rights.
