MIAMI, FL – December 18, 2013 – Gary M. Carman, a shareholder in the Miami office of GrayRobinson, P.A., has been appointed by The Florida Bar to the Senior Lawyers Committee for a term beginning immediately and expiring June 30, 2015. This committee serves the interest and needs of the profession by fostering an interchange of ideas, sharing the accumulated knowledge and experience of its members and addresses issues that are of particular significance to senior lawyers.
Carman has been a practicing attorney since 1974. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and a lifetime Fellow of the American Bar Association. He is an experienced litigator in sophisticated commercial litigation. He practices in all federal and state courts, handling complex business litigation, bank related litigation, intellectual property banking and commercial torts and class action cases, Franklin Litigation and intellectual property and trademark law. He has represented numerous corporations in business disputes. His practice involves securities law, FINRA arbitration and health care litigation. He has represented corporations in fraud and civil RICO actions, as well as handling corporate investigations.
