TAMPA, Fla. – GrayRobinson today announced Brett Kinsey has joined the Real Estate and Land Use Section in the firm’s Tampa office, where he will focus on commercial real estate transactions.
Kinsey represents developers in various projects throughout the purchase and sale process and brings experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all commercial real estate transaction documents; reviewing and analyzing title commitments, encumbrances, surveys, and restrictive covenants; and reviewing and negotiating ground leases for landlords and tenants.
Kinsey received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Emory University. He is fluent in English and French.
