GrayRobinson Bolsters Business Law Section with Taxation Specialist Joshua Grimm

ORLANDO, Fla. – GrayRobinson today announced Joshua Grimm has joined its Business Law Section as of counsel in the Orlando office. Grimm will counsel clients on the best methods to reduce liability and increase tax efficiency.

Grimm focuses his results-driven practice on the various federal and state tax implications and considerations relating to estate planning, business and corporate, real estate, finance, and merger and acquisition transactions. He has vast experience assisting clients with corporate entity formation and structuring, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating all transaction-related documents for business and corporate transactions, and ensuring accuracy with quarterly, semi-annual, and annual tax compliance and reporting requirements.

Grimm received his Masters of Law in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law, and his Bachelor of Science in Religion/Religious Studies and Accounting from Liberty University. He is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States Tax Court. Additionally, Grimm served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
