GrayRobinson Commemorates the Life of Founder Richard “Robie” Robinson

GrayRobinson commemorates the life of Richard “Robie” Robinson, a founding member of the firm in 1970 alongside Charles Gray, Richard Adams, and Gordon Harris. Robinson was a shareholder in our Orlando and Gainesville offices, where he practiced tax, business, corporate, and government finance law. Among his many accolades, Robinson served as the emeritus trustee and past chair of the University of Florida (UF) Law Center Board of Trustees, past president of the UF Law Center Alumni Council, past president of the Central Florida Estate Planning Council, past treasurer and director of the Christian Service Center, past Scout Master of Troop 625 with the Boy Scouts of America, director of the Florida Fellowship Foundation, small group leader for Crown Financial Ministries and Compass - Finances God's Way Ministries in Orlando, and director of the Central Florida Rose Society. He was consistently named to Best Lawyers in America, as well as selected to Super Lawyers many times over the years. Robinson was admitted in 1967 to practice law in Florida; U.S. Tax Court, and received his juris doctorate and Bachelor of Arts in Math from UF.
