ORLANDO, Fla. – GrayRobinson today announced Bryan Joseph has joined the firm as chief financial officer (CFO). As a member of GrayRobinson’s senior administrative leadership team, Joseph will serve under the firm’s President and CEO Dean Cannon.
Joseph is a certified public accountant with more than 30 years of experience at public, private, for-profit, and nonprofit organizations spanning multiple industries. He will lead GrayRobinson’s financial operations and guide operational and strategic firm initiatives, including financial planning and execution, profitability growth, financial reporting, analysis, and systems integration.
"Bryan is an experienced senior-level executive with a proven record of strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills," said Cannon. "He will play a pivotal role in driving our growth initiatives and increasing efficiencies across our firm."
With Joseph’s addition to GrayRobinson’s senior administrative leadership team, Ivy Rhinehart, who previously served as CFO, will assume a new position as the firm’s chief accounting officer. In this capacity, Rhinehart will continue to lead the firm’s financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxes, and partner accounting functions. Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Joseph served as managing director for institutional investment advisory firm, the Concord Advisory Group; as CFO for the Catholic Diocese of Orlando; and began his career at KPMG. He earned his Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Finance from the University of Florida.
