Jacksonville, Fla. – November 20, 2020 – Reese J. Henderson, Jr., shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Jacksonville law firm office, successfully completed the Arbitration Fundamentals and Best Practices for New American Arbitration Association (AAA) Arbitrators training program and the online Award Writing course, and is now an active member on the AAA Construction Arbitration Panel. Many construction industry contracts require arbitration of disputes under the AAA Construction Industry Arbitration Rules.
Over more than 20 years as a construction attorney, Henderson has handled numerous litigation and arbitration matters in state and federal court and before the American Arbitration Association in both Florida and Georgia. He has also served as a certified circuit court mediator in Florida since 2015. Henderson currently chairs The Florida Bar’s Construction Law Committee, which has over 700 members dedicated to the practice of construction law.
