GrayRobinson Welcomes Bradley S. Gould as a Shareholder to its Miami Office

MIAMI, Fla. - February 25, 2013 - GrayRobinson, P.A. welcomes Bradley Gould as a shareholder to its Miami office. Gould brings more than 19 years of experience to the firm, specifically in eminent domain and property rights practice. He represents clients in matters involving government takings, condemnation, inverse condemnation, regulatory takings, land use and zoning, land use litigation, Bert J. Harris Private Property Rights Act claims and property rights.

"As GrayRobinson's South Florida offices continue to thrive, we are excited to welcome Bradley to the team," said GrayRobinson President Byrd "Biff" Marshall, Jr. "His background is a strong complement to our clients' growing needs in Miami."

Gould began his legal career representing the State of Florida in condemnation cases at the Florida Department of Transportation and then the State of Florida's Attorney General's office. For the past 16 years, Gould has focused his practice solely on the representation of private property owners. He has been involved with numerous multi-million dollar condemnation cases. In addition to securing full compensation, he has also obtained for his clients non-monetary benefits, such as driveways, median openings, drainage, and off-site parking to mitigate impacts of the property taken.

He is a member of the American Bar Association's Condemnation, Zoning, and Land Use Committee, a past chair of The Florida Bar's Eminent Domain Committee, and a member of the Association of Eminent Domain Professionals. Between 2008 and 2010 Gould was listed as a "Top Up and Comer" by the South Florida Legal Guide three times, and was named a Florida "Super Lawyer" last year. He has also been named a Best Lawyer in America.

Gould is a member of the Roundtable of the Wade Hopping Institute for the Protection of Private Property Rights at PLF. He helped establish The Wade Hopping Institute Pro Bono Attorney Network consisting of experienced Florida land use attorneys that serve as counsel to property owners requiring legal assistance to defend against property rights abuses at the trial or administrative level.

He received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
