GrayRobinson Shareholder Thomas H. Loffredo Accepted To Leadership Florida’s Class XXXI

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - August 27, 2012 - Thomas H. Loffredo, managing shareholder of the Fort Lauderdale office of GrayRobinson, P.A., was recently accepted to Leadership Florida’s Class XXXI. Created in 1982 by the Florida Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Florida is a nine-month educational program which brings together a strong and diverse network of community leaders across the state, and fosters civic and business growth for individuals.

At GrayRobinson, Loffredo is a commercial litigator who concentrates in labor and employment management defense, and banking litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts.  Loffredo has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer consecutively since 2009 and was also among Florida Trend’s Legal Elite in 2008 and 2011. He is currently a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.  He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Academy of Florida Management Attorneys and the Defense Research Institute.

As a lifelong south Floridian, and dedicated community member, Loffredo currently serves on the boards of the Leadership Broward Foundation, Legal Aid of Broward County, Coast to Coast Legal Aid, and the FLITE Center.  Loffredo is also a wish granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida, and a member of the public policy advisory committee of the United Way of Broward County.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the University of Miami Law Review. In 2010, Loffredo graduated from Leadership Broward’s Class XXVIII, and in 2008, he completed Leadership Fort Lauderdale Class XIV.
