GrayRobinson Welcomes Andy V. Bardos To Its Tallahassee Office

TALLAHASSEE, FL - July 9, 2012 - Andy Bardos has re-joined the Tallahassee office of GrayRobinson, P.A. as an of-counsel attorney.  Bardos will focus on civil and appellate litigation with an emphasis in election law and constitutional law.

Bardos served as Special Counsel to the President of the Florida Senate where he assisted in the development of legislation, including reforms of the state’s pill-mill laws and Medicaid program. He also served as the policy coordinator to the Judiciary Committee, the Health Regulation Committee and the Ethics and Elections Subcommittee. In addition, Bardos served as general counsel to the Committee on Reapportionment, coordinating the Senate’s redistricting process, including state-court litigation and preclearance by the United States Department of Justice.

He is an active member of the Florida Bar and was recognized as one of the state’s Top Government Attorneys by Florida Trend Magazine. In 2009 and 2010, he was among Florida Super Lawyers’ "Rising Stars."

Originally from Melbourne, Florida, Bardos earned his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Florida and his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida. During law school, he served as a summer law clerk to Chief Judge Patricia C. Fawsett, United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.
