GrayRobinson Continues Growth in Boca Raton with the Addition of Alan Goodman

BOCA RATON, FL – March 23, 2020 – GrayRobinson, P.A. is pleased to announce that Alan Goodman has joined the firm as a shareholder, where he will lead the firm’s commercial litigation practice group in its Boca Raton law firm office

For almost 30 years, Goodman has specialized in the area of complex commercial litigation representing individuals, businesses and institutions involved in an array of business disputes, including fraud and misrepresentation, dissolution or business breakups, unfair business practices, trade secrets, non-compete covenants and creditors’ rights. He also specializes in employment litigation.

Goodman most recently served as a shareholder with Nason, Yeager, Gerson, Harris and Fumero, P.A., where he also practiced commercial and employment litigation in its Boca Raton office. An active member of the South Palm Beach County community, Goodman previously served as a member of the board of directors for the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce and served on its executive committee as the Vice Chair of Legal. He is also the former vice president and member of the board of directors of The Bridges Homeowners Association.

Goodman earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
