Mark, shareholder in the Firm’s Orlando office, has been practicing law for over three decades. He focuses his practice on commercial lending, real estate, corporate, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation.

Mark’s commercial lending experience ranges from representing commercial lenders in multi-million dollar syndication, revolving line of credit, construction, and acquisition loans, to closing mortgage loans involving single asset borrowers and owner occupied properties. In real estate transactions, he represents both sellers and buyers in commercial and residential purchase and sale transactions. His experience in commercial litigation includes commercial foreclosures, residential foreclosures, and loan workouts.

    Mark graduated with honors from the Florida International University in 1985. He continued on to attend Emory University School of Law, earning his juris doctor in 1990, and among other accomplishments, was managing editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal and vice president of the Student Bar Association.
