Emily Pineless represents private sector and governmental clients across Florida. Her experience includes all stages of litigation, including pre-suit strategy, motion practice, and post-judgement activity. Emily collaborates with clients on a wide variety of disputes, with an emphasis on appellate and trial support involving business torts, contract litigation, insurance defense, and personal injury defense. Her sector experience includes municipal and tribal governments, hospitality, sports and entertainment, transportation and logistics, and insurance, among others.

A diligent and versatile lawyer with a background in communications, Emily works with clients and colleagues alike to carefully examine options and provide creative, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. She represents clients in appeals and original proceedings before both state and federal courts and works cooperatively with trial lawyers from other law firms, as well as court personnel and chambers staff.

Emily is an emerging thought leader and an active member of The Florida Bar community with a growing body of committee service. Prior to joining GrayRobinson, she served as a law clerk for the School Board of Broward County, Florida Office of the General Counsel, and as an intern for the Honorable David A. Baker, Magistrate Judge, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She frequently teams with GrayRobinson colleagues in appellate and trial support, labor and employment, and government affairs and lobbying practices to provide comprehensive litigation support for clients.
