Earl practices in the areas of eminent domain and general civil litigation. His eminent domain practice includes representation of both property owners and taking authorities. Earl is of counsel to GrayRobinson. He is also President of Crittenden Fruit Company, Inc.


  • Background

    An Orlando native, Earl graduated from the University of Florida College of Journalism and from Fordham University School of Law. Earl began practicing law in New York City where he concentrated in the areas of real estate litigation for commercial and residential entities and individuals; the representation of condominium and co-op boards; rent stabilization, rent control laws, and development tax abatements; and business litigation in New York state trial and appellate courts and in the Southern District of New York. In Florida, Earl practices in the area of state and federal litigation and eminent domain. Earl interned for the Honorable Deborah Batts in the Southern District of New York while in his third year of law school. Before attending law school in Manhattan, Earl wrote about politics for publications such as New York MagazineHamptonsManhattan File, and George. Earl also was an associate producer at CNBC cable network in New York, where he worked directly for Roger Ailes, the founder and current president of The Fox News Channel.
