Mitch Kirschner provides in-depth transactional counsel for clients operating across Florida’s commercial real estate market, which has seen exceptional growth in recent years. His extensive portfolio of service offerings includes development transactions, joint ventures, financings, and leasing transactions. Clients include marquee developers, owners, tenants, lenders, and investors with interests spanning multiple CRE sectors, including hospitality, office, multifamily, and retail.
