Gregg Lehrer is a board-certified real estate lawyer who brings more than 30 years of transactional experience to his comprehensive commercial real estate and real estate finance practice. He represents and collaborates with a diverse portfolio of clients, including regional and national developers, national and regional lenders and financial institutions, developers, landlords and tenants, public and private companies, National REITs, self-storage developers and other CRE investors with interests across a range of asset classes. His experience includes the full scope of commercial real estate matters, including development and financing, drafting and negotiating loan documents for construction loans, development loans and securitization loans, contract preparation and negotiations, closings, multifamily housing, retail, office, and industrial properties, landlord/tenant leasing negotiation and related matters, easements and land use, lender documentation, HOAs, POAs, and condominium development. A trusted advisor for clients in an acquisitive mode, Gregg works to carefully understand and integrate income and growth objectives, as well as volatile market conditions affecting complex financing transactions. He helps clients structure, organize, and optimize the capital stack while balancing risk and other business priorities.
Before joining the firm, Gregg served as an attorney advisor for the U.S. Small Business Administration.
