Peter Quinter and Tucker Thoni Discuss PPE Transactions During COVID-19 in the International Law Quarterly

Miami and Orlando, Fla. – October 20, 2020 - GrayRobinson attorneys Peter Quinter, chair of the firm’s U.S. customs and international trade law practice group, and Tucker Thoni, senior associate, authored the article, "Navigating PPE Transactions During a Global Pandemic," for the Fall 2020 issue of the International Law Quarterly, the publication of The Florida Bar's International Law Section. In the article, Quinter and Thoni discusses the current state of the global personal protective equipment (PPE) market during the COVID-19 pandemic. The authors cover the many hurdles and challenges that exist including the disparity between need and availability that has created a market allowing counterfeit, poor quality, and out-of-date products to enter the supply chain.
