Susan M. Cardenas Attorney At Law

With more than 30 years of experience, Susan Cardenas represents clients across a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including financing, leasing, acquisitions, and sales. Her practice concentrates on banking, lending and structured finance; retail leasing and development; corporate and business transactions; and commercial disputes. She advises both borrowers and lenders in mortgage financing and has extensive experience representing institutional lenders in loan workouts, restructurings, short sales, deed-in-lieu transactions, and commercial foreclosures. In addition, Susan regularly counsels business entities on formation matters, commercial leasing, and contract disputes.
