Jack is a shareholder in the firm's litigation practice. His practice focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Jack represents banks and other financial institutions in state court foreclosure and loan document enforcement cases and in Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Jack’s practice also focuses on complex judgment collection, including the representation of judgment holders and employers in garnishment proceedings.
Jack was born in Winter Park, Florida, and is a lifelong resident of Central Florida. He attended St. Margaret Mary Catholic School and Trinity Preparatory School. He graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in finance and real estate. He then graduated from the Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, Jack also received a master of business administration. In his last year of law school, Jack worked as a certified legal intern with the State Attorney's Office for the 13th Judicial Circuit. While with the State Attorney's Office, Jack acted as lead trial counsel for several criminal prosecutions.
