Truong practices in the area of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, financing and leasing of commercial properties. He has represented developers, institutional lenders, investors, landlords and tenants. Truong has also been involved in the representation of a national billion-dollar REIT in connection with many of the REIT's retail real estate businesses.

• Background

  Truong was born in Saigon, Vietnam. He immigrated to the U.S. in 1979.  He obtained his bachelor's and master's in accounting from the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida in 1995 and his juris doctor from the University of Florida College of Law in 1998.
