Shawn L. Demers is a commercial litigator handling a diverse portfolio of complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial, a business transaction attorney, including asset and purchase agreements, and serves as counsel for small and growing businesses. Shawn works with developers, investors, contractors, residential and commercial property owners, tenants, and other parties in commercial real estate transactions and litigation. When commercial real estate transactions and general business disputes become complex or contentious, Shawn works with his clients to ensure issues are addressed and resolved as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Balancing out his professional life, Shawn is a vegan Ironman triathlete and races for team Vegan Powered Athlete and the “Team Infinit” Competition Team.
