Attorney, legislator, and military officer with national security background. Skilled in courtroom advocacy, military law, government oversight, and regulatory compliance. Strategic counsel in high-stakes litigation and complex risk management.
Sam Greco draws on military, legislative, and regulatory experience to guide clients through high-stakes disputes and complex legal challenges. As a member of the GrayRobinson Litigation Practice, he represents businesses, institutions, and individuals in matters that demand both courtroom strategy and a deep understanding of government policy.
A former active duty Judge Advocate in the U.S. Navy, Sam represented the United States in federal criminal and administrative proceedings, provided legal aid to servicemembers, and advised senior leadership on sensitive legal matters – experience that informs his strategic, disciplined approach to private practice. He also brings perspective from his experience clerking for the U.S. Senate Judiciary and Homeland Security Committees, where he supported the confirmation of federal judges and national security appointees, as well as from his time at Ernst & Young, where he advised clients in the defense and national security sectors.
In addition to his legal career, Sam represents District 19 in the Florida House of Representatives, where he serves on the Health & Human Services Committee, the Security & Threat Assessment Committee, the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee, the Transportation & Economic Development Budget Subcommittee, the Government Operations Subcommittee, the Criminal Justice Subcommittee, and the Human Services Subcommittee. This legislative experience provides him with a unique perspective that informs his approach to legal matters and his understanding of the intersection of policy and litigation.
At GrayRobinson, Sam applies this multifaceted background to help clients develop litigation strategies, manage risk, and resolve disputes effectively – whether through strategic advisory, negotiation, or courtroom representation.
