Gregg Lehrer brings more than 30 years of transactional experience to his comprehensive commercial real estate and real estate finance practice. He collaborates with a diverse portfolio of clients, including regional and national developers, lenders and financial institutions, owners, landlords and tenants, public and private companies, REITs, and other CRE investors with interests across a range of asset classes. A natural relationship builder, Gregg has developed a particular niche handling acquisitions within the commercial retail sector, connecting capital with opportunity for clients across the state and nationally, as well as representing landlords and tenants in all types of commercial property leasing matters, from office and retail leases to shopping center, warehouse, and outparcel leasing.

Gregg provides sophisticated legal and business counsel for clients seeking transactional expertise throughout all phases of the deal lifecycle. His experience includes the full scope of commercial real estate matters, including development and financing, contract preparation and negotiations, closings, multifamily housing, retail, office, and industrial properties, landlord/tenant matters, leasing, easements and land use, lender documentation, HOAs, POAs, and condominium development. A trusted advisor for clients in an acquisitive mode, Gregg works to carefully understand and integrate income and growth objectives, as well as volatile market conditions affecting complex financing transactions. He helps clients structure, organize, and optimize the capital stack while balancing risk and other business priorities.

Before joining the firm, Gregg served as an attorney advisor for the U.S. Small Business Administration. His background in regulatory compliance and lending oversight informs his methodical approach to acquisitions and sales. With a focus on resources and relationships, he frequently teams with GrayRobinson colleagues in the corporate, bankruptcy, and litigation sections to provide transactional support and real estate expertise for firm clients.
