Colin Milam is a senior associate in the litigation group, focusing on the representation of corporate entities and sovereign governmental bodies throughout Florida. His practice includes general liability defense and commercial litigation, where he leverages a diverse background to craft strategic, data-informed legal solutions.

Colin began his career in political data analytics, honing his analytical and strategic thinking skills. During law school, Colin was selected to participate in an externship where he worked as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Burton Conner of Florida’s 4th District Court of Appeal. This formative experience gave him a comprehensive foundation in the legal system and an understanding of the analysis conducted at the appellate level, enhancing his ability to implement litigation strategies at trial that help prevent protracted appellate litigation.

Colin began his legal career as an assistant state attorney in Miami-Dade County, where he prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases from inception to trial. His experience in the courtroom has sharpened his litigation skills and trial instincts, allowing him to confidently advocate for clients in high-stakes disputes.
