Carson focuses her practice on maritime, transportation, and business litigation, representing clients in complex matters involving the Jones Act, the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, and maritime torts such as personal injury, vessel collisions, and salvage. She also advises on trucking liability and commercial disputes, handling cases through all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts. Her practice is defined by a results-driven, strategic approach that aligns legal solutions with her clients’ operational goals.

In addition to her practice, Carson participates in the Jacksonville and maritime legal communities, serving as an Associate Board Member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Jacksonville Bar Association, as a member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States, and as a member of the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute. She also maintains an active commitment to community service, including serving in leadership roles with the Rotaract Club of Jacksonville’s Beaches.
