Heather Verrier*

Heather is a member of GrayRobinson’s alcohol beverage team and is based in the firm’s Tallahassee office. She has been with GrayRobinson for more than 20 years, now using her paralegal degree to help clients navigate the alcohol licensing process by helping them apply for, obtain, and maintain alcohol licenses, as well as collateral operating licenses and business permits for suppliers, distributors, and retailers. Heather has worked on single and multilocation licensing projects throughout the U.S., resulting from mergers, acquisitions, and existing businesses expanding into new markets. Heather works closely with clients and local, state, and federal government agencies to obtain licenses on or before target dates. Heather also helps clients maintain their licenses in good standing and remain in compliance with regulatory agencies.
