GrayRobinson today announced Shareholder Michael Boutzoukas has been appointed to serve on the Clearwater Community Development Board (CDB) for a term ending in 2026. The CDB consists of seven members and one alternate, all city residents, whom Clearwater City Council appoints to decide certain site plan applications known as Level Two Approvals or Flexible Development (FLD) applications. The board also serves as the city’s Local Planning Agency, making recommendations regarding the development of, or changes to, the city’s Comprehensive Plan, Community Development Code, and various related applications.
