Phil is a real estate lawyer with extensive experience in all facets of commercial real estate. He represents developers, institutional lenders, sophisticated investors, commercial landlords and tenants. For the past several years he has served as general outside counsel to internationally themed restaurant companies associated with the music and motion picture industries. He was responsible for land assemblages for the Orange County Administration Building, the Orlando Public Library and the Conserv II citrus irrigation project. Phil also has extensive litigation experience.

  • Background

    Phil grew up in Henderson, North Carolina, and attended Duke University, graduating in 1969. The same year he entered the University of Florida Law School, graduating third in his class in 1971. He was the first associate hired by GrayRobinson and has practiced continuously with the firm since his graduation from law school.
