GrayRobinson Welcomes Len Collins to Tallahassee Office

ORLANDO, FL – March 5, 2020 – GrayRobinson, P.A. is pleased to announce that Leonard Collins has joined the firm as a shareholder in the Tallahassee office where he will focus his practice on civil litigation, administrative litigation, and state and federal elections law.

Collins represents clients in circuit and federal courts throughout the State of Florida and the United States. Additionally, he serves as counsel to various political campaigns, Florida political committees, federal super PACS, trade association and nonprofit organizations. Collins represents clients before government bodies and special districts in administrative litigation, particularly with respect to bid disputes and other types of procurement proceedings and rule challenges.  

Collins previously served as general counsel to U.S. Senator Marco Rubio and assistant general counsel at the Florida Department of Transportation, where he was lead counsel on construction / design effects litigation and class action lawsuits.

Collins is admitted to practice law in Florida and previously served as parliamentarian of the Florida House of Representatives. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida International University and his law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.
