Thomas Loffredo and Rebecca Rodriguez Appointed as Co-Chairs for BCBA Law Sections

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – July 26, 2019 – GrayRobinson announces Thomas H. Loffredo, managing shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Fort Lauderdale law firm office, was appointed co-chair of the Broward County Bar Association (BCBA) Labor and Employment Law Section, and Rebecca A. Rodriguez, a senior associate in GrayRobinson's Miami and Fort Lauderdale law firm offices, was appointed co-chair of the BCBA Government Law Section. In these roles Loffredo and Rodriguez will be responsible for leading their respective sections while supporting the mission of the BCBA.  

Loffredo is a commercial litigator whose practice has a specific emphasis on labor and employment matters on behalf of management and corporate clients, banking and finance litigation, appellate practice, and class-action litigation. He is also a Circuit Certified Mediator, mediating labor and employment as well as commercial litigation matters.

Rodriguez’s practice focuses on state and federal litigation, appeals, and general compliance matters for corporate clients, financial institutions, and government entities. She currently serves as special counsel to the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority. She also serves on the Florida Bar Committee for Governmental and Public Policy Advocacy.

The BCBA, a not-for-profit organization, was founded in 1925 to foster courtesy, ethics, and professionalism among Broward County lawyers, to educate the citizens of Broward County on their legal rights, and to provide necessary legal services to Broward County’s residents.
