Shaun is of counsel based in GrayRobinson’s Naples office. He focuses his practice on residential and commercial real estate, title insurance, estate planning, business transactions and litigation, and estate administration.

Shaun has a wide variety of business and real estate legal experience, including residential and commercial real estate closings, contract preparation, title examination, issuance of title insurance, financing and re-financing; representation of associations; formation and representation of entities, including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and general and limited partnerships, and 1031 exchange transactions. He is an attorney agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Co., First American, and Chicago and a member of The Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc. 

Shaun counsels clients and prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills and advance directives to meet their estate planning needs. He also represents personal representatives and trustees in the administration of probate estates and trusts.

    Shaun grew up in Naples and continued on to earn his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law. In 2011 he returned to Naples.
