LAKELAND, FL – February 9, 2018 - Kristie Hatcher-Bolin, a shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Lakeland office presented at the Orange County Bar Association Insurance Law Committee program on "Preserving Trial Error for Appellate Review." Kristie’s presentation covered the rationale behind preservation, basic elements of preservation, preservation at inception of litigation through trial and the appellate process.
