FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – June 16, 2017 – Attorney Gary I. Resnick, shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Fort Lauderdale law firm office, chair of the firm’s Communications, Cable and Broadband law practice group and immediate past chair of the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) Intergovernmental Advisory Committee, will present at the Florida Association of Counties (FAC) 2017 Annual Conference and Educational Exposition on June 29, 2017, in Palm Beach, Florida. His presentation, part of the Florida Association of Counties Attorneys (FACA) CLE program, is titled "Attack of the Mini Cell Towers in Public Rights-of-Way" and will discuss Florida’s new legislation and the FCC’s potential regulations addressing new wireless technologies and access to public rights-of-way. The FAC Annual Conference brings together hundreds of county officials to learn, network and share best practices to better serve Florida’s counties. The FAC helps counties effectively serve and represent Floridians by strengthening and preserving county home rule through advocacy, education and collaboration.
