Reese Henderson to Chair Ninth Annual Construction Law Institute

JACKSONVILLE, FL – January 29, 2016 – Shareholder, Reese J. Henderson, Jr., attorney at law in GrayRobinson’s Jacksonville office, will chair the Ninth Annual Construction Law Institute held on March 11-12, 2016 at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes resort in Orlando, Florida. The Construction Law Institute is an annual gathering of construction lawyers and other industry professionals for a two-day seminar on the issues that affect the construction industry and the surrounding legal environment. This year the Institute offers leading industry speakers providing practical insight on everything from managing data security legal risks, effective mediation strategies and managing large, multi-party cases, to expert hot-tubbing in arbitration and how to effectively attack and defend expert testimony.  This year's luncheon speaker will address the timely topic "3D Printing and its Effect on Construction."  The Institute is approved for certification credit for attorneys Board Certified in Construction Law. This will be Henderson’s third year as program chair and the program is expected to draw over 300 construction attorneys, construction consultants and other industry professionals.
