TAMPA, FL – October 12, 2015 – National alcohol beverage law attorneys Elizabeth A. DeConti and Grace H. Yang will be presenters at the 10th Annual National Association of Licensing and Compliance Professionals (NALCP) conference to be held October 14-16 at the Hyatt Regency in Austin, Texas. The annual conference features guest speakers from the licensing and compliance industry including liquor licensing legal professionals, consultants, service providers, governmental representatives and State and National restaurant association spokespersons.
On Wednesday, October 14th, joined by Susan McElwain, former Texas regulator, and Kathie Durbin, Division Chief of Licensure of the Regulation and Education – Montgomery County, MD Department of Liquor Control, Grace will be a panel presenter on "Bureaucratis Americanus". The panel discussion will be moderated by Lou Bright, formerly the general counsel of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and currently Of Counsel at Martin Frost and Hill, and will feature seasoned licensing professionals sharing their experience, secrets and favorite moves for working successfully with regulators.
Elizabeth will be featured on Friday, October 16th at an industry-specific breakout session for on-premise retailers discussing alcohol and social media.
