TAMPA, FL – September 30, 2015 – Attorney Richard Blau, Shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Tampa law office and chair of the Firm’s Nationwide Alcohol Beverage and Food Department, served as a panelist for the National Conference of State and Liquor Administrators (NCSLA) 2015 Central/Western Regional Conference. Richard joined Rick Garza, the director of the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board, in a presentation entitled "History: Why do we treat alcohol different?" The session focused on the importance of reflection on the history of alcohol beverage regulation, both in the nation and among the states, in order to understand the unique aspects and turn of events involving this commodity.
