MELBOURNE, FL – October 29, 2014 – Rex E. Moule, shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Melbourne office, co-chaired a seminar presented by The Florida Bar on October 24, 2014. The presentation, titled "And You Thought Estate Planning Was Easy?," discussed IRAs, life insurance, asset protection planning and Florida’s new case law concerning the Defense of Marriage Act.
Moule has practiced law in Melbourne, Florida, since 1976, exclusively in the areas of estate planning, trusts and estates, where he counsels clients in simple and complex estates; forms entities to carry out estate plans, such as revocable and irrevocable trusts, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, charitable trusts, foundations, grantor-retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, and intentionally defective grantor trusts; and advises clients on the minimization of estate and gift taxes.
