Two GrayRobinson Shareholders Present at Bankruptcy Bar Luncheon

ORLANDO, FL - March 17, 2014 – Roy S. Kobert and Lisa A. Specht, shareholders in GrayRobinson’s Orlando office, are presenting at the Orlando Bankruptcy Bar Luncheon to be held at GrayRobinson’s Orlando office March 20, 2014. The topic of their presentation is "Death, Taxes and Bankruptcy: Only 2 out of 3 are Inevitable."

Kobert is a member of the firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group. He is board certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification. Kobert represents secured creditors, indenture trustees and creditor committees throughout the country. He focuses his practice on creditor committee representation, involuntary bankruptcy prosecution, prosecution/defense of fraudulent transfer and preference litigation, cram down defense and Assignment for Benefit of Creditors (ABC) litigation.

Specht practices in the Securities Practice Group and focuses on corporate, partnership and limited liability company matters, including formation and governance, purchases and sales, reorganizations, and federal and state tax planning. She also has experience obtaining private letter rulings from the Internal Revenue Service and handling federal and state tax controversy matters at both the administrative and trial court levels.
