Community Leader Forum - Orlando - Kathy Ramsberger, President, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts

GrayRobinson's recent Community Leader Forum held on November 12, 2013 in the firm's downtown Orlando office featured Kathy Ramsberger, president of the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts.

Ramsberger shared an update on what is happening at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. She discussed the keys to success for this important project which include strong leadership; the fact that it is a non-profit led public-private partnership yielding a 9-acre mixed-use site; and the great communication among the performing arts partners, 7-county grassroots outreach and media relations.  To date, 93% of the project is funded and the first phase is set to open fall 2014.  The Center still has $37 million to raise to reach its funding goal and is making every effort to secure the funding.  For additional information regarding the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, please click here
