FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – October 21, 2013 - Gary I. Resnick, a shareholder in the Fort Lauderdale office of GrayRobinson, P.A will present on legal issues related to private cable operators at the IMCC 2013 PCO Meeting – Explore the PCO Frontier on November 4, 2013, in Dallas. During his presentation, he will cover contractual considerations for PCOs as well as homeowner/condo associations and property owners, developments at the FCC and other regulatory and legal matters affecting the communications industry.
Resnick focuses his area of practice at GrayRobinson on communications and cable law, state and local regulatory affairs, land use and utilities. He holds bar admissions in the state of Florida, as well as New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. Resnick was previously the Director of Law and Public Policy for MediaOne, one of the largest cable and broadband corporations in the country. In addition, the South Florida Legal Guide has named Gary one of the top lawyers in South Florida and he has been featured in the Daily Business Review as one of the prominent attorneys in the Florida. He currently serves on the Federal Communication Commission’s Intergovernmental Advisory Committee.
He received his Juris Doctor with Honors from Rutgers University and his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University.
