Grace H. Yang to Present at 8th Annual NALCP Conference

TAMPA, FL – September 30, 2013 – Grace H. Yang, Shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Tampa office will be presenting at the 8th Annual Conference of the National Association of Licensing and Compliance Professionals in Savannah, Georgia on October 3, 2013. Her presentation will discuss disclosure requirements and investigations for license applicants. The National Association of Licensing and Compliance Professionals (NALCP) is a non-profit organization comprised of in-house hospitality licensing and compliance professionals specializing in on-site retail liquor licensing. Formed in 2006, NALCP is the first organization of its kind to provide services, support, networking, and grass root efforts on behalf of the hospitality industry's in-house licensing professionals. NALCP sponsors an annual conference that features guest speakers from the licensing and compliance industry including liquor licensing legal professionals, consultants, service providers, governmental representatives and State and National restaurant association spokespersons. NALCP offers Membership to in-house licensing professionals as well as Associate Membership and sponsorship opportunities to legal professionals, consultants, and service providers.

Yang’s practice includes multistate compliance issues for alcohol beverage and food vendors; multistate alcohol, hotel, restaurant and occupational licensing work; the representation of alcohol and hospitality industry members before local, state and federal administrative agencies; land use issues, including alcohol-related conditional or special use permitting and variance issues; drafting and negotiating various types of agreements; and other matters affecting hospitality industry members. She has handled the purchase, sale and licensure of thousands of retail stores, resort and hotel properties, restaurants, and other businesses located throughout the United States.
