On Tuesday, April 16, 2013, the Intellectual Property and Alcohol Beverage Industry Teams of GrayRobinson, P.A. hosted an INTA Roundtable on Trademarks in Regulated Industries.
The International Trademark Association (INTA) Roundtables are a great avenue for focused discussions on specific areas of Intellectual Property law with experienced practitioners in an informal setting. This Roundtable was intended to explore examples of industries that have regulations and/or regulators that impact decisions regarding the selection, clearance and registration of trademarks.
