Johnson spoke to south Florida business leaders about the continued success and growth of PortMiami as evidenced by last year achieving the most profitable position in its 100-year history. He discussed the impact of the Panama Canal expansion and the Port's decision to deepen its waters to be able to accommodate the new super-sized cargo ships. Johnson also touted expanding the number of cruise lines that will now utilize PortMiami.
