GrayRobinson's recent Community Leader Forum held in Lakeland featured the Superintendent of Polk County Public Schools, Dr. Sherrie Nickell.
Held Thursday, October 18, 2012 at the Lakeland Yacht and Country Club, Nickell discussed the "Student Success" of Polk County Public Schools. She described the magnitude of the School District which includes 163 schools, 96,955 students and over 13,000 employees. Nickell also reviewed the District Achievement Overview, Transformational Goals and Instructional Strategies to Increase Student Achievement.
