GrayRobinson, P.A., an AV rated law firm, has immediate opening in our Tampa office for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. Candidate must have 10+ years of extensive real estate experience. Clients include developers and lenders for large state-wide and nationwide projects. Ideal candidate needs strong title and survey analysis skills with the ability to identify issues; be able to prepare working drafts of leases, purchase and sale agreements and loan documents in connection with complex commercial real estate transactions; demonstrate excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Position requires strong multi-tasking skills with ability to shift priorities while keeping track of deadlines and good work ethic. Paralegal reports directly to and works closely with senior partner.

Transactional Paralegal - Tampa
GrayRobinson, P.A., an AV rated law firm, has immediate opening in our Tampa office for an experienced Transactional Paralegal. Ideal candidate must have experience in probate, estate planning and corporate/tax. Healthcare and litigation experience a plus. Candidate must be able to work independently, have excellent multi-tasking skills in a fast paced environment. Necessary computer skills include Microsoft Office 2010 (word, excel, outlook, etc.). Routine duties include ability to draft pleadings, calendar response dates, organize document productions and other day-to-day case management duties.

Immigration Secretary/Legal Assistant - Miami Office
GrayRobinson, P.A., an AV rated law firm, has immediate opening for a Business Immigration Secretary/Legal Assistant in our Miami office. Position requires experience with nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based visa petitions, including H-1B, E, L and O visas, PERM, and I-140 petitions and adjustment of status. Successful candidate must have keen attention to detail, ability to work independently with excellent organizational and communication skills. In addition to providing secretarial and administrative support to attorney, routine duties include preparation of visa petitions, residency applications and accompanying documents. Spanish required.
