ORLANDO, FL – October 20, 2014 – Christopher L. Carmody, Jr., shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Orlando office, was recognized for the second time as an honoree of the Orlando Business Journal’s Annual 40 Under 40 list. He was previously recognized in 2010. The awards honor Central Florida’s top up-and-comers and this year the honorees are from a variety of different industries ranging from law and finance to technology and tourism, and everything in between. Carmody earned his certification as a Designated Professional Lobbyist from the Florida Association of Professional Lobbyists and is an attorney admitted to practice in all Florida state courts. He has substantial experience handling government relations matters, including representation before the Florida legislative and executive branches, purchasing and procurement appeals, and professional licensing. His clients range from small cities to Fortune 500 companies, and his experience runs the gamut of state-level needs and issues, from the passing of landmark legislation to proficiency on the appropriations process. Carmody also practices in litigation, land use, construction and sports law.
