John Harris, Government Consultant in GrayRobinson’s Alcohol Beverage law practice and former director of the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, ("ABT") was interviewed by Capital News Service regarding a proposal to repeal the law that prohibits liquor sales in grocery stores.
State Representative Greg Steube is co-sponsoring the bill that would allow supermarkets like Walmart, Publix, and Sweetbay to stock their shelves with liquor products.
