The House approving S. 4209, the Protecting Nonprofits from Catastrophic Cash Flow Strain Act of 2020, is discussed this week, along with the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) extending mortgage origination flexibility for Fannie and Freddie, and the upcoming arguments on GSE net-worth sweeps the Supreme Court will hear.
